Deny the Surface

Commercial Bird Spike Installation, Matched to Species

A durable, cost-effective barrier for ledges and fixtures, installed only where it actually works.

How It Works

What it is and where it fits.

Stainless steel or polycarbonate rods flare outward from a flexible base, denying birds enough surface area to land or nest.

Spikes are the most familiar bird control product, and the most often misapplied. They work well against pigeons and larger birds, but house sparrows will build nests between the rods. BSI specifies spikes only where the species and surface make sense, and recommends wire, track, or slope systems where they do not.
