Deny the Surface

Ledge and Angle Exclusion With Bird Slope Systems

Turn flat ledges into steep, slippery ramps that no bird can land on.

How It Works

What it is and where it fits.

Bird slope converts flat 90 degree ledges into a ramp of at least 40 degrees. With no foothold, birds slide off when they try to land or roost.

Standard sections protect ledges up to 6 inches deep, with extenders for wider surfaces. End caps seal the sides so swallows and sparrows cannot nest inside the ramp, and the low-profile finish can be painted to match the building.

Approach
Deny the surface. Permanent landing removal.
Target species
All species, including pigeons, gulls, sparrows, starlings, and swallows.
Typical installations
Ledges, overhangs, eaves, and I-beams.
Specifications and Tradeoffs
